Description

The warnings is not very useful in virtualized environments for virtual disks (they are still useful if the user is using passthrough). It's useful not to issue warning if it's virtualized environment and when it's virtual disks (smartctl -a would report "Virtual disk" for these devices).

Don't alert if smartd doesn't start and FreeNAS is running virtualized

Ticket: #10646

FreeNAS runs smartd by default, if smartd isn't running when
it is configured to do so that is cause for an alert.

However many hypervisors don't support SMART on their virtual disks.
In those environments alerting that smartd isn't running when it
is configured to be running isn't a huge deal.

The behavior is benign and more effort to fix than the "problem" merits.

I'm going to take this one. It's not a big change and we are getting more momentum behind a FreeNAS virtual appliance.
