Description

Hi Guys,

I have installed this plugin and the application has upgraded to the latest version 2.0.0.3357 and the service within the Plugin page keeps turning off. I am new to FreeNas and not sure where to start to troubleshoot this issue.

Thanks
Andrew

Can you confirm if the plugin is on or off? Run the following in the plugin's jail.

service sonarr onestatus

If it really is off, then you'll want to post logs found in /var/db/sonarr to the sonarr forums.

I have tried to run the comment from the shell from the web interface but it does not respond with anything. I am a windows engineer not a linux freebsd engineer so could you give step by step of what you want me to do please.

from a commandline list your jails with 'jls'.
then enter the sonarr jail using 'jexec # csh' replacing # with the number for the sonarr jail.
then try the command from above.
