Description

Looking at reports, and my storage has gone from ~45% to 94% usage in under three days, roughly around the time of upgrading to 9.10.1 U2. This is all occurring while not actively writing to the drive, and is rather gradual over time. Looking for assistance in locating the files and hopefully nailing down the issue.

Found out that Archive folder under .sync directories for synced directories is/was filling up with redundant files. Copies of the same files, over and over again. Manually deleting for now.

correctly assigning this to William, not sure if this is a plugin issue

What .sync directory? What are you talking about?

#6 Updated by Chris Casanova almost 4 years ago

this plugin creates a .sync folder under each folder that is shared, for cache purposes, etc for the shared out folder. under this folder is an Archive folder, where btsync will move "deleted" files to. I had over 1000 copies of several files under the archive folder.
