Description

I updated my system packages using: 'pc-updatemanager pkgupdate';
This issue has to do with in particular the the update pkg: 'print/cups-filters-1.10.0'

pc-updatemanager.log shows:

    [199/1129] Deleting files for cups-filters-1.8.3...
pkg: /usr/local/etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf different from original checksum, not removing

Compared with a backup of the original .conf the custom .conf file got overlayed.
The actual result is:

# ls -la /usr/local/etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf*
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 15449 Aug 23 22:54 cups-browsed.conf
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root cups 15342 Oct 14 20:01 cups-browsed.conf_bkup001

None of the other .conf files appeared to have been affected.

Note: The following files have NEW '.sample' configs:

ls -la /usr/local/etc/cups/*.sample
    -rw-r----- 1 root cups 2965 Aug 23 21:48 /usr/local/etc/cups/cups-files.conf.sample
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 9521 Aug 24 00:22 /usr/local/etc/cups/cups-pdf.conf.sample
    -rw-r----- 1 root cups 4501 Aug 23 21:48 /usr/local/etc/cups/cupsd.conf.sample
    -rw-r----- 1 root cups 142 Aug 23 21:48 /usr/local/etc/cups/snmp.conf.sample

I was updating from:

    uname -a
      FreeBSD MT2016 10.3-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p5 #0: Thu Jun 30 03:52:15 UTC 2016 root@amd64-builder.pcbsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64
