Do you have Domain Controller service enabled?

Yes

The system doesn't allow you to have the domain controller functionality and AD enabled simultaneously.

The nameserver set to 127.0.0.1 by the backend is how the Domain Controller functionality behaves.

I have since turned it off and still it says 127.0.0.1. What do i have to do to remove that?
