Description

Currently we have the fix already that disallows any new jails to have duplicate mac addresses, but we need a migration that changes previously assigned duplicate mac addresses to unique ones

We spaced out.

jails_jails table does not exist, everything lives in the filesystem so migration like that won't work. I have already remove the code from the migration because it would cause problems.

this is going to be fixed in a completely different way due to certain issues with the current approach which involves no migrations
