these changes are already stated to go for FreeNAS-9.10.2.

FreeNAS-9.10.2 cannot shutdown thru UI, it took me three or maybe more attempts to hit reboot button before machine started to shut down
I had activated 9.10.1-U4 prior to issue an reboot. going thru the logs I see the following
