Unable to change VNC port number for VM

Description

Right now the VNC port number is simply incremented everytime a new VM is created. This starts at 5901, and just continues counting up. There is no way for the user to change it. Attached is a screenshot which shows where the ports are listed. An additional screenshot is attached showing where VNC configuration can be seen by clicking devices, and vnc. I was thinking just a text field here to be able to modify the port number would do.

feat(vm): Allow users to choose the VNC port number or choose 0 for auto generated. Ticket: #21149

You can choose a number or just 0 for auto.
It doesn't check if the port is in use by any other application.
