GUI keeps logging me out.

Description

So this tool which i am operating from remote location keeps logging out. i enter my username and password and i ll be logged in but after clicking on few tabs(in order to get on the desired tab)it logs me out. continuously its happening.i changed the version to the same version i have in other box which works fine but its not helping 9.10.2 u1-u4 both have this trouble. its getting quite annoying since any process which takes 1 minute to finish is not marking because it ll log me out before i am done. its not my computer that is doing this because i cleared my cache. please guide.
i tried to report issue bug via the tool but it logged me out. and hence i have to report it here.

I'm not sure what to say here. Additional information would be great. What browser & version are you using?

I am using Safari Version 10.0.2 (11602.3.12.0.1) but i have tried with Chrome Version 10.0.2 (11602.3.12.0.1) as well. same issue.
freeNAS version is FreeNAS-9.10.1-U4 (ec9a7d3)

That does not sound like an issue in FreeNAS at all. Session is controlled by the browser.

Do you have any sort of proxy in the way?

its using PASV for proxy. should i set it to Auto proxy configuration?

I am not facing this problem in any other tools or web accounts.

is there any other reason?

Well, first try without proxy whatsoever and let me know if that helps.
