Description

I have got the following panic after trying to configure an IP in a lagg from console (netcli)

FreeNAS-9.10-MASTER-201703272344 (e78292c)

I thought I should report this:

It seems we lost a bunch of my multicast fixes from earlier 9.10 releases:

commit 5301efe8311e39a2600367ee2f22b22799f4fb54
commit 340221d008abb954917883c90c406fdc9cba98a2
commit 987c9d0cd78f95bb79fd24de1e936e220dbf5c5a

I am not sure all three are still needed, but 987c9d0cd78f95bb79fd24de1e936e220dbf5c5a definitely is, that's what this panic is.

I've just pulled those commits into svn_head and 11-stable branches now.

Any chance they can go into upstream?

#4 Updated by Chris Torek over 3 years ago

I just sent them off, yes... not sure if they will take them in this form, but we'll see :-)

Hi Joe,

I do not have a lagg readily available, so I request that you test this and if it works close it.

If not then reassign it to me and I shall either investigate to my depth or send it off to someone if I give up.

Thanks

Assuming this was fixed long ago. Please attach a new debug if still reproducible on 11.1.
