fix(vm): Seat belt for VNC under UEFI_CSM. It is well known that FreeBSD doesn't fully support it yet, so we allow only VNC usage under UEFI. Ticket: #21150 Ticket: #23014

I just created a fresh VM and tested it.
You must call VNC and point to your FreeNAS IP Address plust the VNC port of your VM.

My case:
vncviewer 192.168.100.111:5901

Are you using the Boot Loader: UEFI_CSM?
If yes, could you change to UEFI and check it if works?

Best,
