Add unauthorized reboot e-mail alert
Please note, I reported this for FN10 and now it's gone missing...... HOWEVER the problem impacted me, under FN9 (and still does, very infrequently)
Please see: "Feature #22899: System should notifiy administrator of unauthorised reboot" for more information.
"Faulty hardware / power loss / etc.
If Windows desktop and server can do it, I'm sure FreeNAS can.
Wild guess, FreeNAS writes a file called .reboot in a path, OS detects file is there, therefore reboot approved, file deleted, user not notified.
FreeNAS reboots, does NOT detect file in known path, therefore initiates user notification script.
(I can't code and don't code but that's my guess)
Sorry but I'm rating this not just nice to have, I think it's important.

Vladimir, I was thinking of writing the boot file to /data/sentinels on middlewared system plugin setup and remove it on shutdown. Checking for the existence of it on init.
However for this we would probably need a cleaner shutdown of middlewared and implement a `teardown` or something.
Other ideas welcome ;)
