Description

The wrench icon and the "stop/start now" button are very close together and there is no "do you really want to stop this service" dialogue. This seems prone to causing accidents.

Spoke to William about the "do you really want to stop this service" dialogue, we are not adding that on purpose.

Other than that this seems good to me (tested the change live on my fn9 vm via chrome debugger console) and it DTRT.
