Both affected servers worked properly after reverting to RC3

#4 Updated by John Hixson over 3 years ago

  • Status changed from Screened to 15
  • Priority changed from No priority to Nice to have
  • Target version set to 11.0-U1

There were some BDB changes that caused this. In theory, a reboot should fix it. If not, you disable AD, rm -rf /var/tmp/.cache and enable AD again. Can you verify? Upgrading to RELEASE should fix this as well.

#5 Updated by Stephen Makk over 3 years ago

  • Target version changed from 11.0-U1 to 11.0

Multiple reboots did not correct.
Upgrading to RELEASE was successful. The problem with RC4 did not repeat, on the two servers I tried.
Unable to verify suggested solution because we do not wish to revert to superseded version RC4.

We consider the issue closed. Thank you for y our help and information.
