Frontend is no-where-near involved in this process

What problem? What is the error message? Attach logs. Anything.

#2 Updated by Nesma Shah almost 3 years ago

There is no error or message, it just freezes the process after 80%

#3 Updated by William Grzybowski almost 3 years ago

I will need more than that.

Which calls you are using. System debug logs after the fact (System - Advanced - Save Debug). Anything.

#4 Updated by Nesma Shah almost 3 years ago

it's a web service call support.new_ticket

and this call does that automatically

i mean if the check_debug is checked; it generates the file and sends its progress to frontend

#5 Updated by William Grzybowski almost 3 years ago

Waiting for the debug log..........
