Description

When testing out the new UI on a new system there seems to be an issue with reports. Whenever I click on report the screen updates and says "Connecting to Websocket..." and takes me back to the login screen.

I have also updated the config for LCAP but I get the same issues. I have tried in Firefox and Chrome on MacOS (Sierria, High Sierra, Windows 10, and Ubuntu (16.04 LTS).

Tested.. This seems to work now.

I did fix a scroll / tab bar interacrion issue.
