Add relevant information to `Shell` page
I noticed the Shell page has text underneath the window that says:
You can use the system copy/paste command.
Ctrl + c/v or Command + c/v for mac users.
Enhancement idea: Some kind of button or hover over element on the Shell page that displays a block of text with the copy/paste instructions, a brief outline of the pre-installed CLI utilities, and links to the relevant chapters in the handbook. This will give the user a very fast reference point to what's available in the Shell and how to find more details, but not clutter the Shell with anything more than a button/small visual element.

Sounds like an excellent tooltip :-)
I went digging in the .ts files for the shell and didn't find a good/appropriate place for me to add a tooltip. If I could get someone to add a button/visual element for "more information", I'd be happy to add the appropriate information.

- Status changed from Unscreened to Screened
- Assignee changed from Timothy Moore II to Xin Tan
Due to the different format of this page, I added the tooltip and some other improvements on the page.
It'll be easier to update the tooltip once after the page structure is done.
