Description

When first setting up jails, the user is prompted to Select a Pool. There is no explanation on what will be done with this pool--will it be erased? Also, text says "Select a Pool", but the button says Activate. Activate what? Why select a pool? What if I want my jails in a dataset?

Oh I don't know this is the new way to file a ticket, so friendly.
I'd say leave wording part to experts aka doc team. they are better at how to describe this action to users.

I've reworked all displayed text on the screen and added a hoverable tooltip to the dropdown menu that better explains how to activate iocage and what iocage does with the selected ZFS Pool.
