System -> Advanced -> Enable Serial Console: Do not check this box if the serial port is disabled
The Current tooltip says:
Do not check this box if the serial port is disabled.
This tooltip has Do Not in bold which makes it seem pretty important.
This indicates serious issues if checked and there isn't a Serial Console available.
Is there a way to check if there is a Serial Console available? If this is the case can we only show this checkbox if there is actually a serial port enabled?
If there is not a way to check for a serial port programmatically, would it be better to hide the checkbox under a secondary "Serial Console Settings" dropdown?
Actually it seems like all Serial Console settings should be unavailable unless there is in fact a Serial Console available to avoid unintended/accidental issues.

serial port choices were not being shown(due to an existing bug, which I have a fix for along with this fix). so as long as we have a valid serial port choice being shown in the GUI after my fix, does this resolve this issue ? attaching a screenshots with my changes as a reference.
