Do not display netcli shell option to non-root users in new UI
Attached in the screenshot the netcli shell shows //etc/netcli.sh with an extra slash which I will file as a separate issue if it is desired to keep this shell.
Mainly the problem I see here is when trying to log in as a user which has the shell as it's default:

This seems invalid to have as a shell option for users if only root can use it?
