Fix to allow SSH to reload when start on boot is disabled for SSH
This can occur with many different services, but one in particular I came across was with ssh and the "Login as Root with Password" setting. The service must be reset (an option which is not present) when the option is toggled, so the service must be stopped and then started again.
A tooltip is provided as to what the setting means but does not state that ssh must be restarted when the setting is changed. Either the tooltip needs to state this fact with different settings, a message needs appears stating the service needs to be reset when the setting is changed, or the service automatically resets when a particular setting is toggled (what I would assume is an option in and of itself).
