The Category pop up list is not populated in the Support -> Submit a Bug in the New UI
The category pop up list used to select what category the customer's issue is about is not populated and it wont submit the ticket without a value in there
This was found by Ethan on a freshly installed VM and confirmed by me on my Upgraded QA mini Both of us are on FreeNAS-11.2-MASTER-201806130421

Correction: It works in the legacy with Redmine Credentails but doesn't work in the New UI even with the proper credentials.
Also, it doesn't give an indication, in the new UI, that it is checking the credentials, nor does it let you know if they are correct or not.
