Feature #36673
Display popup error when service does not start
Description
I'm testing iSCSI sharing in the new UI with a FreeNAS Mini installed with INTERNAL14/11.2-BETA1.
I set up all the iSCSI sharing options, navigated to Services, and clicked the power button for the iSCSI service. The UI sits and there is no feedback about what is happening. I waited 30+ seconds then checked the system logs and discovered the service had an error and did not start. Is it possible to pass this message to the UI as a dialogue box or other notification? It will help users know when something goes wrong and give more substantive feedback to the interface.

I have a fix in a branch, FIX-36673 that should handle errors on starting/stopping services but I need to figure out a way to test it, none of the services on my box don't not want to start or stop

Testing with FreeNAS Mini manually updated to FreeNAS-11.2-MASTER-201807110935:
Configure Sharing/iSCSI options. Create a file extent with a fixed size. Remove the file. Go to Services and start the iSCSI service. Verify popup appears that states the service failed to start.
