Description

My server had a problem to fetch jail release choices.
ws call: ```jail.list_resource``` with params: ``` ["RELEASE", true]```
error: ```reason:"None: Max retries exceeded with url: /security/unsupported.html (Caused by None)"```

I asked Brandon for help, he figured it out. It was caused by a bad configuration from resolv.conf. Could you investigate it? Thanks

I can only investigate what I can reproduce.

I was not given the debug log, neither steps to reproduce nor access to a machine presenting the behavior.

My box is already fixed. I talked to Tim, he will provide a debug and access to his box.

When I create a new jail, the Wizard asks for a "Release". The "Release" drop-down menu is supposed to display the list that is displayed when I go to the Shell and enter "iocage fetch". Because I had manually created a jail using the Shell, the UI can find the release I designated for that jail, but there should be several more options.

Edit: Great! Lola and Brandon tracked down that the issue had something to do with resolv.conf, but I didn't see those messages go by. I can only describe the initial problem I ran into.

There is nothing to be done in this ticket itself.

There is no issue in resolv.conf.

The dropdown not showing all releases will be fixed in #37706
