Description

After MANY discussions with John and Andrew, having 'net usersidlist' in freenas-debug is not warranted almost under every circumstance.

Having this can cause the freenas-debug process to stall for an indeterminable amount of time.

In the Kayako ticket that is linked here, the customer had their TrueNAS appliance joined to a 40k+ AD environment. The debug ran for 45mins before it was manually killed. Upon investigation the command "net usersidlist" was the command that was holding it all up. This makes sense because it was trying to enumerate 40k+ user SID's from the domain. This is unneeded in almost every circumstance.

Tested on 11.1u6-INTERNAL4
Generated an “all debug information” debug then grep’d for useridlist.
No results

# freenas-debug -A > debug.37902
# grep useridlist debug.37902

'net useridlist' is no longer called
