The validation for LUN ID works fine in nightly. What version running on your box? Could you double check with nightly?

This ticket was opened when I was running the 7-27 Nightly

I just double checked. Running Build Date: Jul 30, 2018 11:47 and running a local webui with a fresh git checkout on 7/30 at 20:30 EST
I am unable to enter a 0 but I can still enter letters on both the 7-30 Nightly and a local webui checkout.

Thanks Mike. I double checked. It works properly on Chrome but not on safari. What browser you used?

My testing was done using the Firefox available in TrueOS 18.03 which is a bit out of date.
