Remove "Enable Power Saving Daemon" checkbox from System -> Advanced in new UI
We already enable turbo mode and power saving through other settings. Having the "Enable Power Saving Daemon" checkbox is just confusing and might actually increase power usage or decrease performance.
Since the main features are already enabled, we can reduce user confusion by removing this checkbox from the System/Advanced page.

There is no more performance benefit powerd can give to us. It may slightly reduce power consumption for very small systems like Mini, but even that I doubt will be big for modern generations of CPU, implementing C-states, actively used at least in present FreeNAS 11.1 or may be some earlier. I would be curios if somebody measured idle power consumption of some systems with powerd enabled and disabled, but would not miss powerd much any way,
