Description

I installed the Plex Plugin on 11.2 RC1
Plex will not see directories above:
/usr/local/plexdata-plexpass/Plex Media Server

I have my media in /NAS/Media and need to have Plex access the data there.

I have tried manually entering the data into this directory, and have attempted to search.

Note FreeNAS 10.x DID allow for this directory access

Update bug: I was able to access and add directories manually to Plex, however the browse command is not viewing the media files that were set as mount points
Using the browse option in Plex does not show directory structure of original location.

Miwi, this seems like something specific to Plex plugin. Is it something you can investigate? Thank you

Test Failed FreeNAS-11.2-INTERNAL39.

Once to 90% on the install (Plex), system was redirected to the login page with the progress bar of the plugin still visible. After hard booting system, went into installed plugins, Plugin showed, went to management, got redirected to the log in page once again. Went into the shell and verified plugin did not actually install (but still showed in listing as available).

PlexPass also failed to install. Install error message.

Jeff - This is an error fetching from the public site.. Either issue on our network or the public package server. If you run it again, does it work on a 2nd try?

Ok, I tried three loads of this right in a row and got the same error messages etc. I sent screen shots to Jaron to see if this was a network issue on our end. He took my system and went into the shell and was able to install the plugin manually without issue. It will not load via the new GUI. Had Bonnie try this on her system and received the same result.

I deleted all of the plugins on my system (FN04). Tried another install, got the attached screenshot error message. I've also attached a screenshot of Jaron's work inside the shell.

If i remember correctly restart clears the error for installing plugins.

Not ideal but a work around.
