Description

Fresh installs do some weird-ass stuff with OpenSSL that takes a long time. Do that in the background.

Is this related to the very long delay on first install after the "waiting 5 seconds for ixdiagnose" or something like that? People always think the server has froze because the last thing outputted is waiting 5 seconds and it sometimes takes 2-3 minutes.
