Add options needed by VAAI to ctl.conf The NAA lun option needs to persist so we'll add it to the database as a field that is not exposed to the user. Also add a checkbox for enabling insecure tpc. If this option is checked then an initiator can bypass normal access control and access any target on the server that it can scan. This allows xcopy operations in some situations where it would be blocked by access control. Ticket: #5570
