Add Jail Appears to Fail
See attached error message. Only option used was the jail name. The Jails Root is set to /mnt/volume1/jails.
However, if I wait 5 minutes or so, the jail magically appears in the Jails tab, but not the tree. If I do a few more tree collapses and refreshes, it eventually shows up in the tree. No other host is using the jail's IP address.
Something funky is going on. At the very least, the user should not be presented with a failed error message if the jail did install and the system shouldn't take a few minutes to figure out that the jail is there.

I still get the same funkiness on M4-c548f62. The template shows up as in use immediately after jail creation. It takes several refreshes of the UI and about 3 minutes for the new jail to show up in View Jails in the right frame (until then, it says no entries found which is disconcerting after a successful install). It takes about 5 minutes before the jail shows up in the tree menu, even after several browser refreshes, collapse alls, etc. Any idea what is causing the lag in the UI?

I have observed that since we rebased to FreeBSD 9.3, that jails are highly unstable again. Perhaps your machine is crashing and rebooting during this time. Can you verify it's even up when this is happening? I suspect that may be the case. Is this real hardware or a VM? I've noticed VM's are especially unstable when they have less than 4GB of ram.
