Description

Since RC2 upgrade, Azure Blob Cloud Sync Tasks just stop working. (was working well with RC1)
Deleting and recreating Cloud account and Sync tasks did not fix the issue and following error is received.

Error: 14
[EFAULT] 2018/11/23 08:09:39 Failed to create file system for "remote:": didn't find backend called "azureblob"

Steps to reproduce the issue
1 - Create a new Cloud Credential using following provider: Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
2 - Create a new Cloud Sync Task and select created Cloud Credential
