Reorder Volume Manager in tree menu to match Volumes tab Ticket: #6070

History

I dont see the problem here. View Volumes is exactly the screen you're seeing.

I think the point she's making is that there are two additional tree menu items which have no icons for them (also, View Volumes is in the wrong order if you are going alphabetically).

No it is not, could you clarify please, Dru? What exactly do you want to change here?

I would like the tree and the tab to be the same in both number of elements and their order.

I am really not understanding you :).

Volumes is the first, Periodic Snapshot is the second, Replication the third and so on, so as in the tree menu. Thats why I asked, can you please be verbose as much as possible so someone dumb like me can understand what you're trying here?

Thank you!

Ah, now I see your confusion :-) I just meant the stuff in the screenshot (so the Volumes part). These are the items that should match in number and order:

Import Disk, Import Volume, View Disks, View Volumes, Volume Manager.

I'm not picky about which order (whichever makes sense to you or is easiest to implement), I just want to see the same order and number of items.

Ah, so you mean the buttons, in the Volumes tab, got it :)

Well, the number of items cannot never be the same, because "View Volumes" in tree menu opens the tab those buttons are.

Thanks.
