Update /etc/ttys to stop spurious unable to spawn messages

Description

When using FreeNAS on bhyve or other VGA headless system, we start getting a lot of various getty errors about unable to spawn shell on /dev/ttyv[1-7] since they don't exist. We'll need to update /etc/ttys to stop these annoying messages.

Update our default /etc/ttys file to not try and spawn lots of sessions on virtual terminals that may not exist when using bhyve Ticket: #65025

When booting in Bhyve, confirm there are no 'getty' errors flashing on the console every 5-10 seconds.
