There is an extra 10 minutes delay between shutdown wish and real shutdown.
I think the FINALDELAY 600 in nut/upsmon.conf is the problem.
In my opinion, it should be much smaller (5 seconds) because it is an additional delay AFTER the FSD command fired by the custom-upssched-cmd AFTER the 600 ONBATT timer.
