Fix bug in Pool Manager filter disks action of new UI
When attempting to create a new pool, filtering disks by their name or capacity does not work. Have tested in both latest versions of Firefox and Chrome on Windows. The expectation is that inputting a filter will cause the 'available disks' column to only display disks matching the name or capacity, where as a non matching filter will display no results.
Adjust ids to the new ids so that the pool manager filters will work again
