Description

Do we actually use this thing? Who knows? It takes 10 minutes to build! Yuck!

Remove aria2, and gcc47. aria2 simply doesn't work, and hasn't for quite some time, due to not having GLIBCXX_3.4.11. And with aria2 gone, we don't need gcc47 explicitly built as well. This saves a whopping 2 minutes on build3. Ticket: #7027

Yes. It's the download manager used by the warden for jails/plugins.

How?

[root@MiniNAS] ~# aria2c
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version GLIBCXX_3.4.11 required by /usr/local/lib/libaria2.so.0 not found

Josh said to ask John: since aria2c doesn't work, how do things get downloaded?

It's not actually used from the UI. Seeing as how it hasn't worked for some time, it's probably safe to take it out. The warden uses it when fetching freebsd distribution files. We don't use this feature in our code path, it hasn't worked for a while because aria2 has been broke, so I think it's safe to yank it. Only people who try and use the warden from the command line in ways we don't want them to use it will have an issue with this. Back to you Sean ;-)

What is this 'warden' and should it go away as well?
