Description

in 11.3-MASTER this block of code causes a traceback which prevents the webUI from loading.

if path.startswith('/dev/'):
    device = self.middleware.call_sync('disk.label_to_dev', path[5:], geom_scan)
    x['device'] = device
    x['disk'] = RE_DISKPART.sub(r'\1', device)

The argument being based to RE_DISKPART.sub needs to be casted to a str() or an error like “Expected string or bytes-like object” is thrown which prevents the webUI from loading.
