Description

When I try to configure the settings "incomplete-dir" and "incomplete-dir-enabled" in the "settings.json" of Transmission they get overwritten when I restart the plugin or jail.

The file in question is found here inside the jail "/usr/local/etc/transmission/home/settings.json".

This is how I configure the settings in the file

    "incomplete-dir": "/media/Incomplete",
    "incomplete-dir-enabled": true,

After I restart the plugin or jail it reverts back to this

    "incomplete-dir": "//Downloads",
    "incomplete-dir-enabled": false,

I've already tried moving those two lines to the bottom of the file but that didn't help.

I've also tried setting "transmission_incomplete_dir" and "transmission_incomplete_dir_enabled" in "/etc/rc.conf" but that didn't work either.

This bug report can be removed. With help of a community member I figured out that you need to stop the Transmission service first inside the jail before making any changes to the settings.json file otherwise they will be overwritten when restarting the jail.
