This was seen in 9.3-M3? Have you tried updating to 9.3-RELEASE? Have you checked and applied all pending updates?

I updated to 9.3-RELEASE and still the same error.

BRB: How did you update? What is your Build string set to in System->Information?

I reinstalled FreeNAS again and uploaded my old config file. My Build is FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201501090144

Have you checked for and applied all updates? (System->Update)

BRB: Can you attach /var/log/messages, /usr/local/etc/smb4.conf, /var/log/debug.log and /etc/directoryservice/ActiveDirectory/config

Can you also run: adtool get config_file
and paste the output into this ticket.

As you asked. Just this file does not exist, /etc/directoryservice/ActiveDirectory/config.

okay. I need more info. Can you go to System->Advanced and click "Save Debug" and attach the file it generates to this ticket please?

As you command , is attached .

I see the problem. You are not configuring FreeNAS to join an existing domain. You are configuring your FreeNAS server to be a domain controller. Don't configuring under services->Domain Controller, go to Directory->Active Directory and configure AD there.
