Description

Current behavior is to use libsunacl to go from SMB_ACL -> solaris ACL -> FreeBSD ACL and the reverse. Remove the intermediary step and translate ACLs directly.

Test for this one:
1) enable ixnas and disable zfsacl and zfs_space
2) use the permissions editor in Windows to add all advanced permissions one bit at a time while verifying that the correct bits are set on the filesystem using getfacl.
