Unbreak crashdumps By the time savecore is run the encrypted swap is set up and the crashdump is gone, so we have a little hack where we run savecore right before we set up encrypted swap.... however, root isn't mounted r/w when it runs, so savecore fails. Since we have a ZFS root we can ignore fsck and all the other normal startup stuff and just mount root rw early. This may (or may not, I haven't tested) do foul things to single user mode. I intend to test going back to ro after the crashdump is written in a bit. Ticket: #7547
