Description

Hi all.

I was trying to use the new: create backup feature on FreeNAS console menu. I prepared before open-ssh on my linux box:
I am using: Build FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201501241715, sucessfuly upgraded from FreeNasGUI

My Linux BOX:
Distro: Debian Jessie (KANOTIX DISTRO).
open-ssh server version: 1:6.7p1-3

I got this a message: ... backup.py: [paramiko.transport:1267] raise SSHException: Incompatible ssh peer (no acceptable kex algorithm)).

Googling this I found that this seems to be fixed upgradeing paramiko to: V1.15.1
https://github.com/paramiko/paramiko/issues/423

Is it updated in a new version?

Thanks and regards from a user in PANAMA Canal (Central America).

Not a problem with FreeNAS.

It is fixed by third party. FreeNas should include the new paramiko Version >= 1.15.1. It is important because I cannot backup my configuration, same result by FreeNAS GUI or I will need to downgrade and it does not make sense. Please advice.

Ahhh, now I understand. We need to upgrade our python module. Sorry, I misunderstood what "paramiko" was in the description. Over to Jakub.
