You are running your FreeNAS box as a domain controller. Is that intentionally? Do you want to run your own domain controller or do you want to connect to an existing AD? If you are intentionally running your own domain controller, how are you creating new users and groups? You either need to use RSAT oln windows or samba-tool from the command line. From the debug info you've provided, everything is working as it should.

Marc,

Any updates?

Sorry for the delay,

I've made some change on my systems I thought to introduce the NAS to the AD was the right solution but my Domain is 2012 so the domain integration failed.

I've manage to make some security with UNIX integration on my AD servers.

Thanks,

the case can be closed.
